采用电化学方法研究了超级马氏体不锈钢SuperCr13在2种模拟地层水环境中的腐蚀行为,并与传统2Cr13马氏体不锈钢作为对比.结果表明,模拟地层水中HCO3-含量越高,材料的自腐蚀电位越低,自腐蚀电流密度越大;传递电阻和钝化膜电阻降低,Warburg阻抗的模值下降,钝化膜保护性下降,腐蚀过程加速;循环极化曲线显示SuperCr13和2Cr13在模拟地层水中均表现出良好的再钝化性能,SuperCr13的保护电位更高,再钝化性能更好.

The electrochemical methods were used to study the corrosion behavior of SuperCr13 in two kinds of simulated formation water environments.And the traditional 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel was used as contrast material.The results show that the higher the content of HCO3-in the simulated formation water,the lower the Ecorr and the higer the corrosion current density.Meanwhile,the transfer resistance and passivation membrane resistance reduced,the module value of Warburg impedance decreased.Cycle polarization curves show that SuperCr13 and 2Cr13 have good passivation performance in the simulated formation water.The higher the protection potential,the better the passivation performance.
