利用注射成型工艺可制得复杂形状的高强度、高致密度的氧化锆陶瓷,为提高材料性能,采用钛酸酯偶联剂对氧化锆粉体进行表面改性,利用钛酸酯的烷氧基与粉体表面羟基的偶联反应,改善粉体与有机粘结剂的相容性,将改性后粉体用于注射成型,探讨粉体改性对注射料及坯体的影响,并利用红外光谱、透射电镜、扫描电镜等分析手段分析了粉体的改性效果.研究表明,经钛酸酯偶联剂改性的氧化锆粉体粒径分布明显变窄,团聚减少,在有机粘结剂体系中具有良好的分散稳定性,在注射成型工艺过程中,表现出良好的流变性,提高了注射料的固相体积分数,有助于得到更致密的氧化锆陶瓷制品.
To improve the properties of zirconia ceramics,titanate coupling agent was employed to modify zirconia powers,which improved the compatibility of power and organic binder in injection molding process.The influence of surface modification of powder on the injection feedstock and green body in injection molding process was discussed.The effects of modification of powder were analyzed by infrared spectrophotometer(IR),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The research shows that,the surface modification makes the distribution of particle size narrower and reduces the reunion of power,which exhibits good dispersion stability in the organic binder system and good rheology in the injection molding process.This helps to increase solid volume fraction of feedstork and to get denser zirconia ceramics.
