以六氯环三磷腈为原料合成聚环三磷腈-砜(PCPS)微球,用其对环氧树脂进行填充改性,采用空气喷涂方法在钢板表面制备复合涂层,通过XRD、SEM和滑动摩擦磨损试验机等研究了PCPS微球及其复合涂层的结构,考察了微球含量对复合涂层摩擦学性能的影响.结果表明:PCPS微球为非晶结构,平均粒径约为493 nm,在涂层中分散均匀;涂层的摩擦因数和磨损量均随微球含量的增多而先减小然后略微增大,微球质量分数为3%时涂层的摩擦因数最低且磨损量最小,分别为0.37和1.8×10-6 mm3,其磨损以粘着磨损机理为主.
