报道了Cu材表面喷涂倾斜陶瓷耐热涂层的组织及其性能,介绍了一种火焰喷涂陶瓷基复合涂层的新方法──倾斜过渡和重熔涂层法.实验结果表明:涂层间有扩散反应和液相烧结、涂层具有良好的结合强度、耐热蚀和抗热震性能采用倾斜陶瓷涂层,可使高炉渣口寿命提高2倍
