对Co60.15Fe4.35Si12.5B15非晶合金薄带进行了低频脉冲磁场处理,M(o)ssbauer谱分析及透射电镜观察表明样品发生了纳米晶化,处理过程样品温升ΔT≤5℃,在直流磁场Hex为0.296kA/m、交变驱动电流频率为2MHz时,磁阻抗比值达255%.实验表明,材料的巨磁阻抗效应与低频脉冲磁场的频率、强度有关,同时低频脉冲磁场处理致非晶合金纳米晶化创新了一种获得巨磁阻抗效应新的处理工艺.
