采用化学分析、金相检验、断口扫描等方法对不锈钢开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明，钢管表面氯离子的富集，引起了钢管承受张应力部位应力腐蚀开裂。
By chemical composition analysis, microstructure examination and fracture analysis, the results shows that: the leakage of stainless tube is caused by the stress corrosion cracking at the tension stress side resulted from the accumulation of Cl- .
