研究了T6热处理对坩埚移动式喷射沉积A359/SiCp复合材料与树脂基摩阻材料在干摩擦状态下摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明:经过T6热处理,可以提高材料的硬度和耐磨性能,改善摩擦系数的稳定性,当采用530℃固溶3h水淬,随后175℃时效7h热处理工艺,A359/SiCp复合材料的磨损率为未热处理喷射沉积态时的1/10.
