用原位插层复合法制备了有机改性纳米高岭土/聚氨酯复合材料。研究了纳米复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能及纳米填料在复合材料中的形态。结果表明,当改性纳米高岭土质量分数为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为29.3 MPa、弹性模量达6.23 MPa、断裂伸长率达492%,均比纯聚氨酯弹性体增加10%以上,同时其热稳定性也有所提高;改性纳米高岭土加入量低于3%时,以剥离形态存在于聚氨酯基体中,而高于3%时,则开始出现片层形态且有团聚现象。

Polyurethane/organic modified kaolinite nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ intercalative step-polyconsendition.The mechanical properties,heat resistance of nano-composite and the dispersion state of nano-filler in the composites were studied.The results reveal that when the content of modified nano-kaolin is 3%,the composites have excellent mechanical properties with the tensile strength about 29.3 MPa,the elastic modulus about 6.23 MPa,and the elongation at break up to 492%,increasing 1.1 time than that of the pure polyurethane,and furthermore the thermal stability is improved.The morphology of kaolinite is exfoliated in polyurethane matrix when the content of modified nano-kaolin is lower than 3%,or else,the lamellar and agglomeration of nano-kaolin begin to appear.
