本文简要描述了转子引线楔下不锈钢垫条断裂失效现象，并对失效原因进行了系统分析，最终结论表明氧化磨损和疲劳是导致垫条失效的根本原因。
In this paper, fracture failure phenomena of spacer under down-lead wedge for generator rotors were summarized. A failure analysis was done in order to find out fracture causation. A conclusion was drawn that corrosive wear and fatigue were essential causations of failure of spacer under down-lead wedge for generator rotors.
