采用PLD方法在(100),(110)和(111)3种单晶Ag上沉积YBCO超导膜,从实验结果可知,在(100),(110)Ag单晶上沉积的YBCO膜是外延生长的,都具有良好的双轴取向,在(100)单晶上的外延关系:(001)YBCO ||{100}Ag,[100]YBCO或[010]YBCO||<100>Ag.在(110)单晶上的外延关系:(001)YBCO ‖{110}Ag,[100]YBCO或[010]YBCO ‖<100>Ag.但在(111)Ag单晶上沉积的YBCO膜只有很强的c-轴织构,面内取向不唯一.我们从晶格错配率的角度研究了其外延机理,对实验结果给予了合理的解释.
