采用湿法工艺制备了5种不同含量蛭石表面改性纸基摩擦材料,研究了蛭石含量对摩擦力矩曲线,动、静摩擦系数及磨损率的影响;同时对循环制动过程中动摩擦系数的变化趋势进行研究.利用扫描电子显微镜观察了纸基摩擦材料磨损前后的表面形貌.研究结果表明:随着蛭石含量的增加,摩擦力矩曲线中μi和d值先降低随后有所增加,μo变化不大;动摩擦系数先减小而后有所增大,而静摩擦系数先增大再减小,磨损率增加;动摩擦系数随着制动压力和转速的增加而减小;循环制动过程中,蛭石含量为6%时试样具有较好的制动稳定性.
