利用扫描电镜测量了BHW60钢、20钢和45钢拉伸试样断口心部的临界空穴扩张比Rc/Ro,并据此分析了由于环境温度和扭转预应变等因素引起的韧脆转变过程及其细观形态.在引入无延性、无脆性临界转变应力三锥度Tσ,ND和Tσ,NB的概念以后,分析了温度和应力状态的耦合效应对材料韧脆转变行为的影响.

The critical void-growth ratio,Rc/Ro,of steel BHW60,steel 20 or steel 45 was measured quantitatively under SEM,and the measured positions are at the core of fracture surface of cylindrical tensile specimens.The ductile-brittle transitions due to both temperature and torsional prestrain were discussed by means of the micoscopic parameter ln(Rc/Ro).The concepts of both nil-ductility trasition stress triaxiality Tσ,ND and nil-brittility transition stress triaxiality Tσ,NB were proposed and the coupled effect of temrepature and stress states on the ductile-brittle transition was analyzed
