为降低大型机械齿轮传动中产生的振动噪声及齿轮轻量化问题,以MG400/920-WD型采煤机中减速器齿轮为例,设计了泡沫铝填充结构的齿轮,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静态和动态分析。验证了泡沫铝阻尼塞重型齿轮在矿山机械中应用的可行性和优越性。
In order to reduce the vibration noise and gear weight in gear transmission of large machinery,the gear in type MG400/920-WD for coal mining machine was taken as an example,preparatory design on a gear structure filled with foam aluminum was proposed,and the static and dynamic analysis were carried out using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The effectiveness and feasiblility of the application of heavy duty gear filled with aluminum foam in mining machinery were verified.
