采用透明模型合金丁二腈-1.0wt─%丙酮进行定向凝固实验,考察了一次枝晶间距随凝固控制参数(生长速度v和温度梯度G)变化的动态响应规律,发现一次枝晶间距选择一个较宽的分布范围,而平均一次间距具有明显的历史相关性,将实验结果与主要理论模型进行了比较。

A transparent model alloy,succinonitrile-1.0 wt─% acetone,is directionally solidified to investigate the dynamic response of primary dendritic spacing to the variation of the solidification parameters (i.e., growth velocity and temperature gradient).The lower and upper limits of the allowed range of primary spacing,as a function of growth velocity, are then experimentally obtained. It shows that the lower and upper limits of the allowed range are very sharp, but average primary spacing is remarkably history─dependent not only on growth velocity but also on temperature gradient. The experimental result of the lower limit is in good agreement with that predicted by the modified Hunt─Lu model, while the result of the upper limit is apparrently larger than that by the Hunt─Lu model.Correspondent: DING Guolu, Faculty No.403, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi'an 710072
