以低浓度工业硫酸钛液为原料,通过水解、洗涤、盐处理、煅烧工艺制备锐钛型颜料钛白,考查了高温段保温时间对钛白粒子结构及颜料性能的影响,并采用XRD、粒度测试、SEM及颜料性能检测对煅烧样品进行了表征.结果表明:煅烧条件对钛白粒子的晶体结构、晶粒尺寸、粒子大小及分布和颜料性能等影响显著,粒子大小维持在300 nm左右,随煅烧保温时间延长晶粒生长满足一级动力学生长模型.高温段930℃保温30 min为最佳条件,所制钛白形貌规整,粒度分布最窄,消色力指标达1 450,相对白度100.23%,优于PTA120标样.
