Characteristics and factors affecting corrosion of m etal in organic solvents and the classification of corrosion in organic solvents wer e reviewed.Corrosion in organic solvents is quite different with that in water,a nd there exists anomalous corrosion behavior of metals in organic solvents.Antic orrosion countermeasures for metals in organic solvents were introduced.
