将硝酸镁和碳酸钾溶液在沸腾的条件下反应,制备了一种具有鸟巢状形貌的碱式碳酸镁球形材料.此结构是由片状材料在无模板剂的条件下通过自组装形成,而且在焙烧过程中,形貌可以保持不变,从而制备得到新颖的具有鸟巢状形貌的多孔氧化镁球形材料.采用X射线衍射、低温氮气吸附、红外、热重和扫描电镜等分析手段对制备的材料进行了表征.结果表明,鸟巢状氧化镁具有较大的比表面积(150 m2/g)和孔容(0.51 cm3/g).该材料用于1,2-丙二醇转化反应时,丙酮醇的选择性为92.36%,显示了良好的催化活性.
