针对带钢冷连轧机厚度控制这一纯滞后系统,常规监控AGC很难取得良好的控制性能,基于Smith预估控制器的监控AGC系统经预估补偿后可以使闭环系统特征方程中不含时滞项,从而获得更好的控制效果。基于调速调厚控制理念,建立监控AGC系统的控制模型,给出了输入量的获取方法和滤波处理方法,同时给出了速度修正量和解耦环节的计算模型。实际应用表明,该监控AGC系统稳定性好,控制精度高,实际出口厚度偏差可以控制在±05%以内。

According to the property of pure lag of thickness control in cold rolling process, traditional monitor AGC had poor control performance. The application of Smith predictor in Monitor AGC could remove the time delay in the characteristic equation of close-loop system and get better control performance. Based on thickness control by regulating speed, the control model of monitor AGC was established, and the acquisition of input and the method of filtering were given. At the same time, the correction of speed and the model of decoupling were also given. The actual application shows that the system possesses high control accuracy and stability, exit thickness deviation of stand 1 can be controlled within ±05%.
