用石英晶体微天平(QCM)和电化学方法研究了铜在0.5mol/L Na2SO4溶液中的腐蚀行为.在该介质中,铜表面形成由多种硫酸盐构成的不具保护性的腐蚀产物膜,铜表现为线性增重.当加入1mmol/L2-巯基苯并恶唑(MBO)时,腐蚀过程被大抑制.含MBO的Na2SO4溶液中形成的缓蚀膜具有较好的稳定性.

The corrosion behavior of copper and inhibition of 2-mercaptobenzoxazole (MBO)in 0.5mol/L Na2SO4 solution was investigated by means of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM),potentiodynamic polarization,SEM, FTIR and X-ray diffraction(XRD).In 0.5mol/L Na2SO4 solution,approximately linear mass gain.It was verified by XRD that the corrosion film was mainly composed of several kinds of copper sulfate.With 1 mmol/L MBO,the corrosion was inhibited greatly and an inhibition efficiency of 99% was reached.It was found that the copper electrode immersed in Na2SO4+MBO solution possessed evident corrosion resistance,indicating that a stable and protection film formed in the immersing treatment.
