  采用干法粉末上胶技术制备了高透气性少胶云母带,并批量生产,对该云母带的常规性能及其它性能等进行了系统的测试和研究。结果表明:所研制的干法高透气性少胶云母带透气性高、浸透性好、胶粘剂含量少、柔软性好、贮存期长、绕包工艺性好,以其作为主绝缘的线圈(棒)浸透性好、挂漆量高、电气绝缘性能优异,其各项性能与国外同类先进产品的水平相当。与各类环氧型和聚酯型VPI树脂均具有较好的相容性,可应用于各类电机或电器产品的绝缘处理,特别适用于大型高压电动机和发电机组,电压等级为10~27 kV,单边绝缘厚度2~7 mm的线圈(棒)的主绝缘VPI处理工艺。

A high porosity dry mica tape was mass produced by powder coating technology, and its vari-ous properties were studied. The results indicate that the developed high porosity dry mica tape has high permeability, good impregnability, less binder content, excellent flexibility, long storage period and good winding processability. The coil or bar wound by the dry mica tape has good impregnability, high impreg-nated resin content and excellent electric insulating properties, whose properties is equivalent to that of the similar foreign advanced product. The mica tape is compatible with all kinds of epoxy and polyester VPI resin, which can be applied in the insulation treatment of motors and electric products, especially suitable for the VPI insulation treatment of coils and bars for large high-voltage motors and generators, with the voltage class from 10 kV to 27 kV and single side insulation thickness of 2~7 mm.
