聚碳酸酯透明材料吹塑成形过程为一个大变形过程，在试验研究此大变形过程中，需要得到其真应力真应变曲线，同时真应变率对力学性能的影响非常突出。为了测定不同恒定真应变率下聚碳酸酯的真应力真应变曲线，为成形模拟工作打下基础，笔者自主开发了WDW型万能试验拉伸机。通过试验验证，此系统能够很好的满足在恒定不同真应变率下测得不同温度下，聚碳酸脂的真应力真应变曲线。

There is a large deformation when PC take form.The realstrain velocity act a important role on the shape of the realstressreal stain curve in experiment. To gain the curve at different realstrain velocity, Beijing Institute of aeronautic Material and the institute of KEXIN has developed the WDW mechanics machine. By the experiment, the realstressreal strain curve at different realstain velocity are obtained.
