目前,对拉应力作用下X80管线钢原始及水淬组织在酸性土壤模拟溶液中的电化学行为研究较少.采用电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化曲线和扫描电镜等方法对此进行了研究.结果表明:在拉应力作用下,2种组织X80钢的自腐蚀电位下降,反应活性增大,水淬组织表面有更多的位错线,对力学因素更加敏感;随拉应力增大,2种组织在酸性土壤模拟溶液中的反应电阻减小,反应活性增大,水淬组织的更加显著,原始组织腐蚀产物膜电阻先增大后减小,水淬组织的不断减小;2种组织X80钢的极化电阻、腐蚀速率随拉应力的变化规律与腐蚀产物膜电阻的相对应.
