应用电化学测试方法,研究含氯盐且pH值不同的模拟混凝土孔溶液中的钢筋腐蚀过程.介绍了稳态和瞬态电化学测试方法:线性极化(LPR)、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和恒电流脉冲(GPM),通过测试不同模拟液中钢筋的腐蚀,对比分析不同电化学方法测得的极化电阻值.结果表明,这三种方法测出的钢筋极化电阻变化规律一致,均能较好地预测钢筋腐蚀速率.

The corrosion behavior of reinforced steel in simulated concrete pore solutions with chloride and different pH values was studied by electrochemical methods. Stationary and transient electrochemical methods, such as linear polarization resistance (LPR), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and galvanostatic pulse measurement (GPM) were reviewed, and the obtained polarization resistances by means of different methods in different simulated concrete pore solu- tions were comparatively analyzed. The results indicate that the polarization resistances obtained by these methods are similar and comparable, which means these methods can give a reliable assessment on reinforced steel corrosion.
