以NH4VO3和Bi(NO3)3·5H2O为原料,采用水热合成法制备BiVO4,考察前驱体pH值、水热反应时间、水热反应温度对BiVO4晶相结构及光吸收性能的影响.优化水热法合成BiVO4的制备条件,采用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外、紫外-可见吸收光谱、比表面积等表征手段对产品进行分析.结果表明,适当的制备条件可使BiVO4获得理想的单斜晶相,具有良好的光催化性能.
