主要选用3款不同厂家、不同型号的背板(A、B、C),分别进行单一加速老化试验以及不同组合的序列老化试验,比较、分析不同老化试验后背板材料的老化情况.通过对不同老化试验后背板的黄变指数测试,发现背板经单一加速老化试验后外观黄变情况无较大差异;而经序列老化试验后,外观出现不同程度的黄变,体现出不同背板的耐老化性能差异.
Three different types of backsheets were choosen to put to single-factor accelerated aging tests and multi-factor accelerated aging tests in a different sequence respectively,in which the different backsheets were defined as A,B and C.By contrast and study on the results,the yellowing index of different backsheets showed little difference after single-factor accelerated aging tests.However after multi-factor accelerated aging tests in a different sequence,the different backsheets had a yellowing index with varying degrees,that meant a different ageing resistance.
