摘 要:主要研究了连铸保护渣在熔化过程中电阻的变化。保护渣熔化过程中在不同的状态,电阻减小的速率不同。在外接一定电压(8V)下,测量了熔融铁水电压和电阻,在熔化状态下电压值为0.486V,电阻值为0.565Ω;分析了熔融保护渣的导电机理,得到了工业用保护渣熔渣电阻约为2.43Ω,基于粉渣和熔渣、熔渣和铁水之间的电阻突变,来判断渣层之间的界限。

Abstract:A major study of the continuous casting slag in the melting process of change in resistance. Mold slag expresses different state in the melting process, and the rate of resistance is different due to this. In the external certain voltage(8V), the measured voltage and resistance of molten iron voltage of 0.486V, resistance value of 0.565Ω. Analysis the electrical conduction mechanism of the molten slag, and the resistance value of the industrial slag is 2.43Ω or so. Based on power slag and molten slag, molten slag and molten iron resistance between the sudden change,to determine the boundaries between the slag layers.
