以季戊四醇(PER)和N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸甲酯为原料,合成N,N-二羟乙基-3-胺基丙酸季戊四酯(HPAE);在对甲苯磺酸的催化下,使用十一烯酸(UA)对FHPAE进行改性,制备出多端烯基聚合物(HPAE-UA).通过电位滴定法优化出反应条件为:HPAE与UA的摩尔比为1:4时,催化剂对甲苯磺酸的质量分数为0.3%,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为4h.并使用红外光谱和核磁共振等分析手段表征了HPAE-UA的分子结构.使用激光粒度分析仪测量出HPAE-UA乳液的平均粒径为1790 nm,且分布较窄,乳液的各项稳定性能良好.将HPAE-UA应用于皮革复鞣工序中,发现复鞣后的皮革不仅热收缩温度及物理力学性能有所提高,而且皮革的手感也有一定的改善,体现了加脂复鞣的功能.
