本文根据工程中现有应用比较广泛的某一超低比转数离心鼓风机,设计了一个具有同样流量系数和压升系数的风机模型并进行研究。在一定的参数下设计了3种不同型线的叶片,即前弯叶片、后弯叶片和变厚度前弯叶片,采用实验研究与全三维流场数值模拟相结合的方法分析了不同型线叶片产生性能差异的原因,详细分析风机内部的流动机理,进而为超低比转数离心鼓风机的设计提供有益的参考。
This paper takes an industrial ultra-low specific speed centrifugal blower as a reference case and designs a blower model with the same parameters of flow coefficient and pressure coefficient. Three different curve blades which contain forward-curve blade, backward-curve blade and variable-thickness blade in certain parameters have been designed to research. Performance experiment and 3-D numerical simulation has been conducted to analyze the cause of the performance difference between different blade curves. And detailed analysis is used in the flow mechanism of the internal blower. It is expect to provide the beneficial reference to the design of the ultra-low specific speed centrifugal blower.
