用熔融法制备了聚氨酯(TPU)与聚丙烯(PP)的(80/20)共混物,用扫描电镜和力学性能测试研究了以马来酸酐接枝的聚丙烯(PP-g-MA)为增容剂对TPU/PP体系的增容作用.形态和力学性能均表明,PP-g-MA是TPU/PP共混物有效的增容剂,当其用量为5%(质量分数)时,共混体系的形态和力学性能最佳.用FT-IR表征了PP-g-MA对TPU和PP的增容机理.
