辊型结构改进目的在于在保证矫直精度前提下使凹辊对研究范围内管材表层形成的2条螺旋滚光带良好衔接,减轻滚光带之间间隙与重叠量。基于二辊矫直机凹辊对管材滚光原理,对凹辊辊型结构进行了改进,增加了专用滚光区;建立了辊型曲线滚光区长度计算的数学模型。在经过有限元试算、辊型曲线修正、有限元精算三步后,研究结果证明:辊型结构改进后,在保证矫直精度前提下,凹辊对研究范围内管材滚制所成2条滚光带重叠状况有了明显改善,表层塑性应变值由改进前的0.03~0.08降至了改进后的0.03~0.05左右。

Ensuring the accuracy of straightening,the aim of improving the roll-type was to make the two polishing bands of the tube which were created by the concave roll convergence smoothly,and to reduce the gap and overlap between two polishing sections.Based on the polishing principle of the concave roll to the pipe,the structure of the concave roll was improved through increasing the polishing section,and the mathematical model of calculating the polishing section length was developed.After the following three procedures of attempting FEM calculation,the roll-type correction and the further FEM calculation,the results prove that after the correction of the roll-type improvement,with the precondition of high straightening accuracy,the overlap of the two polishing bands in tube surface created by concave roll reduces obviously,the value of plastic strain reduces from 0.03-0.08 to 0.03-0.05.
