本试验针对模铸注流氩气保护试验模型,运用PIV技术精确测量氩气保护过程中,注流周围空间的气体流场,同时采用烟气分析仪测量了注流周围空间的氧浓度分布,并进一步分析中注管距水口高度和气流倾角对注流保护的影响,发现减小中注管距水口高度以及采用0°和90°同时通气的氩气气流保护,可达到较好的注流保护效果。

Aiming at the cold model test of argon protection on inject flow of steel casting, gas speed field around inject flow during argon protection was measured by particle image velocimetry (PIV) technique, and oxygen concentration around inject flow was analyzed by smoke analyze instrument. Furthermore, the effect of inlet height and inlet angle on protect effect was discussed. The results show that the better protect effect can be obtained through minimizing the inlet height and adopting inlet angle with 0 degree together with 90 degree.
