先将铝镁硅合金型材在180℃下分别进行30,150,540min的时效处理,然后采用WAW-E600型试验机对其进行准静态下的压缩试验,研究其变形模式与吸能性能。结果表明:随时效时间的延长,铝镁硅合金型材的压缩变形模式由金刚石模式逐渐转变为手风琴模式,时效540min后型材的吸能性能较时效30min的提高了78.1%。

The A1-Mg-Si profiles were aged at 180 ℃for 30 rain, 150 rain and 540 rain, respectively and then compressed with WAW-E600 test mechine in quasi static state to study the deformation modes and energy absorption. The results show that the deformation mode of the ALMg-Si profiles changed from diamond mode to concertina mode with the increase of aging time. Comparing with the profile aged for 30 rain, the energy absorption of the profile aged for 540 min was increased by 78. 1%.
