由原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)分别制得了分子量不同、分子量分布≤1.2的聚甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯(PtBMA)和聚苯乙烯(PSt-Br).进而使PtBMA在酸性条件下水解,得到了分子量适中的亲水性聚甲基丙烯酸(PMAA).在1,8-2氮双环[5.4.0]-7-十一烯存在的条件下,利用PSt-Br链端的溴原子与PMAA的侧羧基进行亲核取代反应,成功地将PSt链嫁接到亲水性PMAA聚合物链上.改变PSt-Br的分子量可实现对嫁接链数量的控制,并可根据需要调整主链与枝链的长度,形成不同的双亲性接枝共聚物,其在水中的自组装结果显示,形成的纳米颗粒基本保持球形、具有核壳结构.
