通过对00Cr17Ti经热带退火、不经热带退火两种工艺的对比试验,在分析显微组织、织构、值和ΔR值的基础上,研究了热带退火对00Cr17Ti薄板成形性能的影响。研究结果表明:与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火能使00Cr17Ti薄板的值提高约0.2,但是,ΔR值会增大约0.7。这是由两种工艺的成品薄板在显微组织、织构上的差异造成的。与不经热带退火相比,经热带退火的成品薄板具有更大的晶粒尺寸、更加均匀的组织以及更强的{111}再结晶织构,这使值提高,但是,其{111} γ取向线上各织构组分强度的非常不一致却导致ΔR值明显偏大。

Comparative experiments with or without annealing of 00Cr17Ti hotrolled band were carried out. The effect of annealing of hotrolled band on the formability of 00Cr17Ti coldrolled and annealed sheet was investigated by analyzing microstructure, texture, value and ΔRvalue. The results show that the value of coldrolled and annealed sheet with annealing of hotrolled band is about 0.2 higher than that without annealing, however, the ΔRvalue is increased about 0.7. The differences are attributed to microstructure and texture of the two final sheets. The sheet with annealing of hotrolled band has much larger grain,more homogenous microstructure and much stronger {111} recrystallization texture than that without annealing, which lead to the increase of value, but the more nonuniform intensity distributions along γfiber results in a great increase of ΔRvalue.
