采用多弧离子镀技术在310不锈钢表面制备Al涂层并经高温扩散退火, 在合金表面形成铝化物涂层. 采用电化学阻抗谱技术研究其在650℃熔融碳酸盐中的腐蚀行为. 结果表明, 310不锈钢的腐蚀电化学阻抗谱由双容抗弧组成, 随着时间的延长, 在低频端出现传质控制的特征. 而涂层的腐蚀电化学阻抗谱仍由双容抗弧组成, 但阻抗值明显增加. 铝涂层的优异抗腐蚀性能是由于在表面形成了连续的保护性LiAlO2(Al2O3)膜.
An Al-coating was deposited on type 310 stainless steel by multi-arc ion plating, followed by annealing treatment to obtain an aluminide coating. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was employed to study the corrosion behavior of the bare and the coated steel in molten carbonate at 650℃. The experimental results indicated that the electrochemical spectra for the corrosion of 310 stainless steel were composed of double capacitive loops. With extended exposure, the diffusion-controlled reaction was also observed at the low-frequency part. Electrochemical impedance spectra for corrosion of the coated steel also consisted of double capacitive loops, but with significantly large impedance values. The excellent corrosion resistance of the coated steel was related to the formation of a continuous protective LiAlO2(Al2O3) scale.
