通过接枝和缩合反应制备了支化多酚羟基乙丙橡胶(PHEPDM),利用全反射傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(ATR-FT-IR)、核磁共振(NMR)对其结构进行了研究。ATR-FT-IR测试结果表明,在PHEPDM的制备过程中,硅烷偶联剂A171可以接枝到三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的分子链上,且其分子结构中的Si-OCH3可以和双酚A中的酚羟基发生缩合反应;1H-NMR谱测试结果显示PHEPDM分子结构中存在与苯环和与Si相连的亚甲基上H的核磁振动峰,13C-NMR谱显示分子结构中含有与O相连的亚甲基上C的振动峰及苯环上C的振动峰。
The polyphenolhydroxy ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(PHEPDM) was prepared by grafting and condensation reaction,and the structure was studied by attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR-ATR) spectroscopy,hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(1H-NMR),carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(13C-NMR).The FT-IR-ATR results show that the silane coupling agent A171 is grafted onto the molecular chain of EPDM,and the group of Si-OCH3 has been reacted with bisphenol A through condensation reaction.The results of 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR show that the structure of PHEPDM contains H and C atoms which are relative with phenyl and Si-OCH3 respectively.The results of extraction show that the condensation ratio between the group Si-OCH3 and phenolhydroxy is 26.79%.
