以循环流化床燃煤固硫灰为原材料,以水玻璃为碱激发剂成功制备出地聚合物,最高强度为52.8 MPa.最优实验参数为:M=2.5,w水玻璃=33.3%,wMK=20%.XRD、IR、SEM分析表明:固硫灰在反应过程中石英结构遭到破坏,Si-O-Si或Al-O-Si的聚合度降低,产生大量有利于地聚合反应的活性硅氧四面体和铝氧四面体.固硫灰基地聚合物纯度较高,结构致密,且Si-O-Si及Al-O-Si聚合度较高.
