利用熔融-晶化法制备了掺杂CeO2、Nd2O3的Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)微晶玻璃,通过差热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、紫外可见分光光度计等研究了Ce^4+、Nd^3+掺杂对LAS微晶玻璃的晶化行为、组织结构以及光学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土离子掺杂明显提高了玻璃的析晶活化能和晶化温度,抑制了β-石英固溶体向β-锂辉石固溶体的转变;掺杂玻璃晶化后紫外吸收峰红移,晶粒细化,透过率降低,稀土离子的能级跃迁导致微晶玻璃的颜色发生变化。

Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 (LAS) glass-ceramics doped with CeO2 and Nd2O3 were prepaired by the melting- crystallization technique. The effects of Ce4+ , Nd3+ doping on the crystallization behavior, structure and optical properties of the LAS glass-ceramics were studied by differential thermal analysis tester, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy, etc. The results show that the activation energy of crystallization process and the crystallization temperature were increased significantly by doping rare earth, and the transformation of solid solution from β-quartz into β-spodumene was suppressed. The ultraviolet absorption peak of the doped glass after crystallization were red-shifted, the grains were refined and the transmittance of glassceramics was reduced, and the color of glass-ceramics was changed due to the energy-level transitions of rare earth ions.
