[摘要] 采用NACE标准研究了鞍钢生产的X80级管线钢的抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)和氢致开裂(HIC)行为,研究表明鞍钢X80级管线钢具有较好的抗SSCC和HIC性能;其中临界名义应力Sc达到:1265Mpa;裂纹敏感率、裂纹长度率、裂纹厚度率均为0;酸性环境下氢的扩散以及应力集中的交互作用导致材料的韧性损失,从而促使裂纹形成和扩展导致材料的断裂;以均匀细小的针状铁素体为主的显微组织具有优良的抗SSCC&HIC性能。

Abstract :Using the NACE standard,the behavior of anti hydrogen induced cracking and stress corrosion cracking of X80 grade pipeline steel was investigated. The result showed that the X80 grade pipeline steel produced by Anshan Iron and Steel had the better anti-SSCC and HIC performance; and the critical stress factor(Sc) reached to 1265Mpa;Crack sensitivity ratio Crack length ratio Crack thickness ratio are all equal to 0;in acidic environments as well as the proliferation of the hydrogen interaction of stress concentration resulting in loss of material toughness thereby encouraging the formation and expansion of cracks leading to the fracture;the microstructure dominated by fine and homogeneous acicular ferrite had the better resistance to SSCC and HIC.
