针对目前国内外汽车发展现状及对汽车用高强钢使用性能的需求,综合分析了先进高强钢研究开发的热点和发展趋势,重点分析了新一代先进高强钢的变形行为、成形技术及成形性、构件碰撞性能的研究和应用现状,对未来发展进行了展望.同时指出,在先进高强钢(AHSS)的开发和应用上,面对来自客户和加工制造方面的挑战,需要搞清和解决先进高强钢微观组织的精细构成特征与变形过程中微观缺陷形成发展的内在规律、高强钢板在动态变形条件下的变形行为表征、高强钢板构件碰撞性能科学评估方法及体系.形成新一代汽车用先进高强钢的成形及应用技术基础,为实现以节能减排和安全性为标志的新一代汽车用先进高强钢在中国的加快发展和应用打下坚实的基础.
