分别采用单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)和多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)这两种碳纳米管(CNTs)制备不同的CNTs/Lyocell复合纤维,探讨了碳纳米管类型对复合纤维的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,碳纳米管类型并未影响CNTs/Lyocell纤维的结晶结构,质量分数为1%的SWNTs或MWNTs在Lyocell基体中分布都比较均匀。两种CNTs的添加均有效地提高了CNTs/Lyocell纤维的热稳定性,但SWNTs效果更佳。适量CNTs的添加均能提高复合纤维的力学性能,其中含1%(质量分数,下同)SWNTs(MWNTs)的复合纤维的断裂强度和初始模量分别比纯Lyocell纤维提高24.2%(18.8%)和55.8%(47.9%)。随着CNTs含量的增加,两种CNTs/Lyocell复合纤维的体积电导率均随之增加,但SWNTs/Lyocell复合纤维比MWNTs/Lyocell纤维的导电性能更好。

Crbon nanotubes(CNTs)/Lyocell composite fibers were prepared by using single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs),as the additives,respectively.The effects of the kinds of CNTs on the structure and properties of CNTs/Lyocell composite fibers were investigated.The results show that the kind of CNTs has no influence on the crystal structure,and 1% SWNTs or MWNTs can be dispersed uniformly in the matrix.Moreover,the thermal properties of CNTs/Lyocell composite fibers can be improved by the addition SWNTs or MWNTs,wherein SWNTs is more effective than MWNTs.The addition of appropriate amount of CNTs can also improve the mechanical properties of composite fibers,the tensile strength and initial modulus of the composite fibers with 1% SWNTs(MWNTs) were increased by 24.2%(18.8%) and 55.8%(47.9%),respectively,compared with the pure Lyocell fiber.In addition,the SWNTs/Lyocell composite fibers have better electrical properties than MWNTs/Lyocell fibers.
