采用溶胶-凝胶法合成ZnAl2O4.探讨了加入浓硫酸、金属离子(Zn2+,Al2+)、乙二醇及络合剂的物质的量比(R),煅烧温度对产品的影响；通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对ZnAl2O4进行了表征；确定高纯度ZnAl2O4的最佳合成条件为:强酸条件,R为1∶2∶6∶30,700℃煅烧2 h.将制备的ZnAl2O4与Sb2O3应用于软质聚氯乙烯(PVC)的阻燃,添加1 phr ZnAl2O4,极限氧指数(LOI)达28.8％,烟密度等级(SDR)达75.68％；当与Sb2O3混合质量比为2∶8时,添加10phr的阻燃效果相对较好,LOI 达35.8％,SDR达92.16％.
