研究了Cu-Ti合金中Ti含量对其淬火和时效过程的影响.结果表明:具有时效强化效果的Cu-Ti合金的Ti含量要高于0.6%.液氮固溶淬火可以抑制过饱和Cu-Ti固溶体的早期分解.Ti含量达到5%时,其铸态、固溶淬火态、时效态硬度比含Ti量在0.6% ~4%之间的Cu-Ti合金要有较大的提升.Cu-Ti合金在450℃时效时随着时效时间的延长硬度均出现了双峰现象.时效3h后出现一个小的硬度峰,时效10 h后合金硬度达到最高值.继续延长时效时间,合金硬度下降.
