以实际应用于600MW间接空冷机组散热器中的福哥型四排翅片管为对象,进行流动和传热性能的热态风洞实验.根据实验数据,拟合得到了管束在不同迎面风速下的流动换热性能实验关联式.利用拟合出的实验关联式,以及典型600MW间接空冷机组实际运行参数,建立低温环境下管束临界冻结长度的预测分析模型.在模型中考虑了迎面风速、平均环境空气温度以及机组负荷的影响.基于所建立的预测模型,以散热器临界冻结长度小于散热器总管长为基准,得到了间接空冷机组在不同迎面风速下,管内冷却水下降至0℃所对应的环境温度和机组负荷.研究结果可为600MW间接空冷机组冬季低温防冻提供理论依据.
