介绍了Ni-P纳米颗粒化学复合镀的研究现状及镁合金纳米颗粒化学复合镀技术的研究现状,包括化学镀Ni-P二元基础材料上添加纳米颗粒、三元基础材料上添加纳米颗粒的研究现状.在镁合金表面处理技术中,用化学镀的方法在镁合金Ni-P基上沉积纳米颗粒有着良好的发展前景.
