利用透射电子显微镜对含钛低合金高强钢的焊接热影响区(HAZ)晶内铁素体(IGF)的形核机理进行了试验研究.对IGF精细组织的研究表明,IGF非均匀形核核心主要为外部析出了一层Mn硫化物并富含Si元素的Ti氧化物复合粒子;对该复合夹杂物粒子的EDX谱分析表明,该粒子对Si的吸附能力大于Mn;IGF的形核长大与Mn硫化物的热膨胀相关系数、复合夹杂物粒子周围存在的小范围贫Mn区以及该粒子中的富Si有关.
