综述了建筑涂层及其各类产品标准中关于涂层耐久性试验的概况,总结了各类人工加速老化及加速腐蚀试验方法标准,对各类试验方法及其模拟的自然环境因素进行了评述,发现现有涂层加速腐蚀老化试验方法标准不完全适用于建筑涂层.分析了各单一老化试验方法的局限性,与之相比,综合老化试验方法能够更好地模拟建筑涂层实际使用情况.指出了国内建筑涂层耐久性评价试验方法标准体系的不足及发展方向.分析了衡量加速腐蚀老化试验有效性的几种常用的相关性评价方法,Spearman秩相关系数法是现阶段涂层老化最常用的相关性定量分析法,可用于建筑涂层加速老化试验相关性评价工作中.

In this paper,various architectural coatings and the related test for coating durability described in product standards are overviewed,meanwhile,various types of artificial accelerated weathering test method standards and accelerated corrosion test method standards are summarized.The testing methods and the simulated environmental factors in these standards are investigated.It is indicated that the existing standards of accelerated weathering test method are limited for the test of architectural coatings,and the limitation of each single aging test method are analyzed.Compared with these methods,a synergistic corrosion weathering method can simulate the actual application of the architectural coatings better.This paper points out the shortcomings and future development of the standard system of the evaluation method for the durability of architectural coatings in China.Finally,several typical methods for evaluating the effectiveness of accelerated corrosion test are analyzed.Spearman rank correlation coefficient method is the most conventional quantitative analysis method,which can be used in the evaluation of the accelerated aging test of architectural coatings.
