采用常规腐蚀试验、电化学和表面分析等方法,评价了 Cu 对 Ni-Cr-Mo 耐蚀合金在沸腾温度下的50%H_2SO_4+42g/1Fe_2(SO_4)8、10%HCl 酸和40%HF 酸中耐蚀性的影响。结果指出,加入微量 Cu 不仅显著提高 Ni-Cr-Mo 合金在沸腾40%HF 酸中的耐蚀性(约100倍),而且保留了此合金的原有耐蚀特点。Cu 对合金电化学行为的影响以及经腐蚀后合金表面层成份的变化,均说明 Cu 的良好作用在于使合金在 HF 酸中生成富 Cu 层进而改变了电化学行为,并非是对合金组织结构产生影响的结果。
In this paper,the effect of copper on the corrosion resistance of the Ni- 18Cr-16Mo alloy was evaluated by corrosion tests,electrochemical measure- ments,AES(Auger) and XPS analysis technique.The corrosion tests were carried out in boiling 40%HF,10%HCl and 50% H_2SO_4+42g/1Fe_2 (SO_4)_3 so- lutions.It was found that suitable amount of copper added into the Ni-18Cr 16Mo alloy remarkably increased the corrosion resistance in boiling 40%HF acid.The corrosion rate decreased from 30—50g/m~2·hr for the alloy without copper to 0.3-0.6g/m~2·hr for the copper-containing alloy.In addition,the characteristics of corrosion resistance of parental ahoy without copper can be maintain ed.The data of the electrochemical measurements and surface film analysis show that the unusual effect of copper is due to the formation of copper-rich film on the surfaee of the alloy rather than changes in micro- structure of the alloy.
