利用ANSYS模拟了H型钢轧后控制冷却温度场的变化,研究并设计了气雾冷却装置,首先应用于莱钢中型厂。使H型钢在35 m/s的速度运行下,冷却速度达到50 ℃/s左右,且H型钢断面温差小,解决了由于冷却不均导致的问题,并使钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高了172 MPa和15 MPa。
The temperature field during cooling after Hbeam rolling was analyzed by ANSYS software. The mist cooling device was studied and designed, and used in medium section steel of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co, Ltd first. The mean cooling rate reached about 50 ℃/s when Hbeam steel went forward at 35 m/s. The problems caused by nonuniform cooling were solved, and the yield strength and the tensile strength were increased by 172 MPa and 150 MPa respectively.
