利用ANSYS模拟了H型钢轧后控制冷却温度场的变化,研究并设计了气雾冷却装置,首先应用于莱钢中型厂。使H型钢在35 m/s的速度运行下,冷却速度达到50 ℃/s左右,且H型钢断面温差小,解决了由于冷却不均导致的问题,并使钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度分别提高了172 MPa和15 MPa。

The temperature field during cooling after Hbeam rolling was analyzed by ANSYS software. The mist cooling device was studied and designed, and used in medium section steel of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co, Ltd first. The mean cooling rate reached about 50 ℃/s when Hbeam steel went forward at 35 m/s. The problems caused by nonuniform cooling were solved, and the yield strength and the tensile strength were increased by 172 MPa and 150 MPa respectively.
