在万能拉伸试验机上对室温大气环境下峰时效态3J21合金的拉伸性能进行研究,并采用金相显微镜对峰时效态金相组织及物相进行分析,采用扫描电镜(SEM)对拉伸断口进行观察。结果表明室温大气环境下,峰时效态3J21合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度较高,延伸率较低;峰时效态3J21合金的拉伸断口为韧窝断口,断口附近显微组织中滑移线之间的距离大。文中对室温大气环境下峰时效状态对3J21合金拉伸性能的影响进行了讨论。

A study was conducted of the tensile properties of 3J21 alloy at peak-aged state on a universal tensile test machine at room temperature under atmospheric conditions. Moreove, a metallographic microscope was used to analyze the metallographic structure and physical phase of the alloy at peak-aged state. By employing a scanning electron microscope a tensile fracture was observed. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 3J21 alloy at peak-aged state is higher and its elongation rate is lower at room temperature under atmospheric conditons. The tensile fracture of 3J21 alloy is a dimple fracture at peak-aged state. The distance between the slip lines is larger in the microstructure near the fracture of the alloy at under-aged state. The influence of peak-aged state on the tensile properties of 3J21 alloy was discussed at room temperature under atmospheric condition.
